Job Details
- Greeting guests as they enter and checking them in or putting them on a waiting list as necessary.
- Providing guests with menus and answering any initial questions.
- Helping Reservationists answer phone calls, taking reservations and answering questions.
- Seating guests at tables or directing them to the bar/waiting areas.
- Coordinating with the serving staff and assigning guests while keeping table rotation in mind.
- Engaging with guests to ensure all their needs are met as they’re being seated.
- Responding to complaints and helping to resolve them.
- Have a strong knowledge of the menus and any specials.
- Greeting guests upon their departure.
- Maintaining a clean reception area, including menus
- Required cleanliness, organization and attention to details
- Have basic knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
- Have basic knowledge of beverage lists and promotions
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($28.00)
