Greeting guests as they enter and checking them in or putting them on a waiting list as necessary.
Providing guests with menus and answering any initial questions.
Helping Reservationists answer phone calls, taking reservations and answering questions.
Seating guests at tables or directing them to the bar/waiting areas.
Coordinating with the serving staff and assigning guests while keeping table rotation in mind.
Engaging with guests to ensure all their needs are met as they’re being seated.
Responding to complaints and helping to resolve them.
Have a strong knowledge of the menus and any specials.
Greeting guests upon their departure.
Maintaining a clean reception area, including menus
Required cleanliness, organization and attention to details
Have basic knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
Have basic knowledge of beverage lists and promotions

Compensation Details
