Responsibilities:
- Shuck and prepare oysters efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation.
- Keep the oyster station clean, stocked, and organized.
- Provide excellent service to guests, answering questions about oysters and making recommendations.
- Follow all food safety and cleanliness standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in oyster shucking or seafood preparation is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Knowledge of oysters and seafood is a bonus.
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($20.00 - $22.00) plus tips

Dynamo room is a brand new steak house located at the recently developed Penn Station district in Manhattan.
The raw bar and grill is the newest project from Sunday Hospitality (Rule of Thirds, Sunday In Brooklyn, Cafe Chelsea, Lobby Bar, El Quijote, Bedford Post Inn), opening in March 2025.
We are currently hiring for all positions in FOH and BOH, with positions starting in March.
