Required Skills/Qualities
· At least 2 years of experience as a bartender in a service well for non-bar seated cocktails orders.
· At least 4 experience bartending in an establishment centered on hard liquor sales.
· Extensive knowledge of classic cocktails, call drinks, beer, wine, and spirits.
· Have the ability to work fast and well under pressure.
· Have the ability to multi-task and handle high volume.
· Is well-organized and detail-oriented.
· Be an active team player.
· Ability to effectively communicate guest issues or operational concerns.
Responsibilities
· Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for dine-in and takeaway service.
· Efficiently prioritize drink tickets to ensure rapid fulfillment.
· Rapid and accurate execution of drinks for maximum output.
· Clean and sanitize bar area, tools, and equipment.
· Effectively delegate tasks to barback.
· Maintain integrity of bar inventory.
· Assist with take-away as needed.
· Follows and executes all side work lists provided by the company.
· Polish and store water glasses and silverware.
· Refill and prep food items as needed.
· Assist servers as needed.
