Job Details
We are looking for a dedicated AM Busser to help maintain a clean and organized dining area during our breakfast service. Must be able to start working at 6am.
Key Responsibilities:• Quickly and efficiently clear tables of used dishes, utensils, and glassware after guests finish their meals.
• Transport dirty dishes to the dishwashing area and ensure they are properly sorted for cleaning..
• Ensure that each table is properly set up according to the establishment's standards before new guests are seated.
• Regularly sweep, mop, or vacuum the dining area to keep it clean and presentable.
• Wipe down tables, chairs, and any other surfaces to remove crumbs, spills, and other debris.
• Ensure that the dining area is always neat and organized.
• Support servers by running food and beverages to tables, especially during busy periods.
• Help refill water glasses, coffee cups, and other beverages as needed.
• Monitor and restock items such as napkins, silverware, and condiments to ensure they are always available.
• Ensure that the server stations are well-stocked and organized throughout the shift.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of breakfast buffets, if applicable.
• Ensure that the buffet area is clean, well-stocked, and presentable at all times.
• Provide friendly and courteous service to guests, addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Relay any special instructions or dietary restrictions from guests to the kitchen or serving staff.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience as an AM busser.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods.
• Positive attitude.
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($18.00 - $19.00)
