5. Manage scheduling, labor costs, and team performance to maintain smooth operations.
6. Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and compliance with health regulations.
7. Assist in hiring, onboarding, and developing team members to foster a strong workplace culture.
8. Work closely with the culinary team to maintain consistency and quality in menu execution.
9. Handle inventory management, ordering, and vendor relations to optimize costs and efficiency.
