Job Details

We are currently seeking an experienced General Manager to join a renowned nationwide Mediterranean-inspired restaurant group. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a respected brand in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, a passion for the restaurant business, and at least 4 years of experience in a similar management role. Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and efficiency.
  2. Manage and train staff, providing leadership and guidance to team members.
  3. Handle staff scheduling and payroll, ensuring proper coverage at all times.
  4. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
  5. Maintain budget controls and monitor financial performance, including labor costs and inventory management.
  6. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  7. Manage customer relations, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction and addressing concerns.
  8. Collaborate with executive chefs and kitchen staff to enhance menu offerings and service.
  9. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff.
  10. Drive business growth through effective marketing strategies and promotion of special events.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($130,000.00 - $150,000.00)
