We are seeking a passionate and experienced Executive Chef to lead the culinary operations for a well-known, nationwide Mediterranean-inspired restaurant group. This role is perfect for a chef with at least 5 years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is committed to delivering exceptional food quality, menu innovation, and strong leadership in the kitchen. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring consistency and quality in food preparation and presentation.
  2. Develop and execute seasonal and core menus with a strong focus on Mediterranean flavors.
  3. Manage and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  4. Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are strictly followed.
  5. Collaborate with management on cost control, budgeting, and inventory management.
  6. Maintain strong vendor relationships and oversee ordering of high-quality ingredients.
  7. Monitor kitchen efficiency and implement best practices to improve workflow.
  8. Lead by example, working hands-on during peak hours to support the team.
  9. Stay up to date on industry trends and bring innovative ideas to the menu.
  10. Handle hiring, training, and performance evaluations for kitchen staff.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($130,000.00 - $150,000.00)
