As a restaurant server, your responsibilities include:

Greeting and Seating Guests: Welcoming guests as they arrive, escorting them to their tables, and providing them with menus.

Upselling and Recommending: Suggesting additional menu items, specials, or beverages to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.

Handling Special Requests: Accommodating dietary restrictions, allergies, and special requests from guests, and communicating them to the kitchen staff.

Checking in with Guests: Monitoring guests' satisfaction during their meal, addressing any concerns, and ensuring that their needs are met.

Processing Payments: Presenting bills to guests, processing payments accurately, and handling cash and credit card transactions.

Clearing Tables: Removing empty plates, glasses, and utensils from tables efficiently and resetting them for the next guests.

Maintaining Cleanliness: Keeping the dining area clean and organized, including wiping down tables, chairs, and menus, and ensuring that condiments and supplies are stocked.

Collaborating with Team Members: Working closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other servers to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.

Following Safety and Hygiene Protocols: Adhering to food safety standards, maintaining personal hygiene, and following restaurant policies to ensure a safe and sanitary environment.

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($12.00 - $13.00) plus tips
