Maojr Food Group is hiring a Creative Designer to join our growing Marketing team!
Reporting to the Creative Director of Marketing, the role of the Creative Designer is to support the efforts that drive awareness of the Major Food Group masterbrand, the various restaurant brands, and the individual restaurant properties. This individual supports the standards of Major Food Group level marketing and design for Major Food Group’s premier food and beverage destinations that delight guests with optimal efficiency and unparalleled experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Graphic Design
- Design and development of communications across all platforms including email marketing, website, social media
- Animation, digital design for social, paid social, email marketing and in-store display
- Flipbooks: managing editorial / promotional calendar and execution of market-specific, Parm and holiday flipbooks, ensuring all initiatives are being reflected.
- Cross-functionally supporting ZZ’s on newsletter, events and activations
- Supporting marketing and communication projects from ideation to development, execution and measurement.
- Support and track changes in brand messaging; style-guide, voice, photography use case, email templates.
- Marketing Efficacy
- Assist and continue development of Marketing Team ongoing evolution of timely processes, workflow and file-saving (Notion)
- Continuous awareness of communication analytics, offering recommendations based on guest usage, integrating KPI with digital marketing
- Collaborating with other members of the marketing team, i.e. customer journey, menus, digital and social to amplify marketing communication across all platforms.
- Social Media
- Design and concept of reels, giphys, posts
- Interfacing with external agencies, to support awareness building initiatives, around each region and brand, and help drive traffic to the various outlets.
- Public Relations
- Collaborating with internal and external constituencies around copy, design, production, distribution of marketing messaging and collateral.
- Coordinating and execution of media interests as directed, and ensuring effective contact and design deliverable
- CRM & Digital Marketing Support
- Develop and execute in-platform email newsletter templates, incorporating email design best practices
- Design creative for seasonal and evergreen integrated digital campaigns, including emails, paid social, organic social
- Design and build custom landing pages as needed, optimizing for both desktop and mobile performance with UX, ADA compliance
- Stay up-to-date on digital design trends and best practices, identifying and incorporating new opportunities into MFG brand and design
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Hospitality, or other related fields.
- Minimum three years' experience in a similar role, preferably within luxury hospitality
- Proven experience in Marketing, Digital, Data, Advertising, PR, Communications, and Campaigns
- Strong English language skills, both written and verbal, with exceptional content writing ability
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
Compensation: $25.00 - $27.00 hourly based on experience.
