Darling Jack's Tavern is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to join their team. From the owners of Barbuzzo, Little Nonna's and Bud & Marilyn's.

Darling Jack's is a 75 seat restaurant with full open kitchen and 16 seat bar, it is a modern take on an old school tavern. The Executive Sous Chef will train with our Chef + Culinary Director for a few weeks on all facets of the restaurant. Open availability is a must.

Able to provide support to the Executive Chef and guidance for employees, is involved in the day-to-day operations of the Back of House, and collaborates and communicates with Front of House team to create genuine guest experiences.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Sous Chef in full service, high volume restaurants.
• Open availability including weekends and day shifts if needed
• Flexible and willingness to adapt to ongoing changes.
• Able to inspire, motivate, and develop employees.
• Proven track record in building high-performing teams.
• Professional and confident verbal and written communication with guests, employees and ownership.
