ResponsibilitiesLine Cook:
- Prepare and cook menu items with precision and consistency
- Maintain high culinary standards and food quality
- Assist with ingredient prep, station setup, and maintaining a clean workspace
- Follow recipes, portioning, and plating guidelines
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are met
Sous Chef:
- Oversee kitchen operations and support the Executive Chef
- Lead and mentor the kitchen team, ensuring efficiency and teamwork
- Assist in menu development, inventory management, and ordering supplies
- Maintain quality control and uphold restaurant standards
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen (Italian cuisine experience is a plus!)
- Passion for cooking and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented, high-energy environment
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to excellence
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary/Hourly (Based on Experience)
