Cafe Mado is seeking an experienced, passionate, and professional Bartender to join our team!
Redwood Hospitality is seeking Bartenders to join the team at, Cafe Mado. Cafe Mado is the third project from Michelin-starred Redwood Hospitality, after Oxalis, Place des Fêtes and Laurel Bakery. Cafe Mado is located in Crown Heights, Brooklyn, and will serve coffee, Laurel Bakery pastries, breakfast items and pre-prepared foods as well as a full service seated lunch and dinner.
Cafe Mado is looking for individuals who create genuine connections with their guests and who pride themselves on the ability to curate a memorable experience. Experience in an elevated craft cocktail setting and ability to build drinks while providing a high level of hospitality is required and knowledge of both small-batch/artisanal spirits and low-intervention wine is a must.
The ideal candidate possesses the following qualifications:
- 2+ years bartending experience in NYC or another major city
- Knowledge of local, artisanal and small-batch spirits as well as low intervention wine
- Knowledge of Toast POS
- Full-time availability
- A genuine passion for hospitality and the ability to create stellar guest experiences
- Strong work ethic and a team-player attitude
- Barista experience is a plus

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($11.00) plus tips
