Position Overview:
As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring top-tier service, and managing a talented team of chefs, servers, and support staff. Your role will also involve working closely with clients to deliver personalized experiences for their private events. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall operation of the restaurant, ensuring efficient service and top-notch guest experiences.
• Lead, train, and motivate the team, ensuring high standards of service and teamwork.
• Manage private events from start to finish, including planning, coordination, and execution.
• Handle budgeting, inventory, and financial reporting to ensure profitability.
• Develop and implement strategies for marketing, promotions, and customer retention.
• Collaborate with chefs and staff to ensure the restaurant’s menu is on-point and meets guest expectations.
• Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume or private event-focused setting.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in managing private events and large-scale functions.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Knowledge of Toast POS systems and restaurant management software including OpenTable and Perfect Venue.
