Position Overview:
We’re looking for a dedicated and creative Kitchen Staff member to help prepare and serve our signature menu items, including fresh sandwiches, onigiri, baked goods, and more. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and assemble menu items with attention to quality and presentation
- Assist in baking and preparing fresh bread, pastries, and other baked goods
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and maintain health and safety standards
- Manage food prep, inventory, and restocking as needed
- Collaborate with the team to develop new menu items and improve processes
- Support daily kitchen operations, including opening and closing duties
Qualifications:
- Previous kitchen, prep cook, or baking experience preferred
- Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency in food preparation
- Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen hygiene practices
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for food, creativity, and bringing unique flavors to life
Schedule & Availability:
- Full-time or part-time positions available
- Flexible schedule preferred, including weekends
- Early morning availability is required
- Health Certificate is a big plus
