Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and standard procedures.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet our high standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following health and safety regulations.
• Assist in prepping ingredients and ensuring the kitchen is stocked with necessary supplies.
• Monitor food inventory and notify management of low stock levels.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Follow food safety guidelines, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation.
• Assist in cleaning kitchen equipment and work areas at the end of shifts.

Qualifications:

• Previous cooking experience in a restaurant or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Good communication and team collaboration skills.
