What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team and drive the culinary vision of our modern restaurant and lounge. As Executive Chef, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, from menu development to staff management, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be both creative and business-savvy, with strong leadership skills, a keen understanding of P&L, and the ability to inspire and lead a talented kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage kitchen operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient service every shift.
  • Develop and implement seasonal, innovative menus that align with our modern, upscale concept.
  • Maintain the highest quality standards for food prep, presentation, and overall dining experience.
  • Control food and labor costs, manage P&L, and drive profitability.
  • Hire, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive, team-oriented work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, maintaining cleanliness and organization.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house to ensure seamless communication between kitchen and service staff.
  • Innovate and stay on top of culinary trends to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.

Who You Are:

  • Creative: You bring fresh ideas to the table and have a strong culinary vision, constantly looking for new ways to wow guests.
  • Strong with P&L: You understand the financial side of the kitchen and have experience managing costs, maximizing profits, and running a successful kitchen.
  • Leadership: You inspire and motivate your team, maintaining a positive and productive work environment, even under pressure.
  • Bilingual (Spanish a Plus): Ability to communicate with a diverse team and enhance collaboration in the kitchen.
  • Experienced: You have a proven track record as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role in a high-volume, upscale restaurant environment.
