Position: Bartender

About Us:
Ama is a mission-driven, all-day dining destination led by wife-and-husband duo Johanna Hellrigl and Micah Wilder. Our name, meaning "love" in Italian, reflects our commitment to leading life with love and intention—elements felt across every touchpoint of the dining experience. By day, we serve as an indoor-outdoor caffè and Genovese-style focacceria; by night, we transform into an energetic aperitivo bar and convivial ristorante. Our beverage program is free from single-use plastic and focuses on sustainability and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and serve a variety of beverages, including classic cocktails, aperitifs, and non-alcoholic options, aligning with our health-conscious ethos.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to our commitment to sustainability and microplastic-free dining.
- Engage with guests to provide exceptional service, embodying our mission to foster community and connection.
- Collaborate with the team to develop new beverage offerings that reflect our focus on wholesome, quality ingredients.
Qualifications:
- Previous bartending experience in a high-quality, fast-paced environment.
- Passion for health, wellness, and sustainable practices in the food and beverage industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Aperitif/Digestif knowledge preferred
