Like our membership, the Management Team will be a curated collection of innovative thinkers and creative trailblazers who enjoy the creative challenges involved in bringing this project to light. Some of the responsibilities of this position include:
RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
- Uphold and enforce all company policies and procedures
- Oversee the training of new staff members
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws regarding food quality, safety, labor, and employment
- Ensure cleanliness and restaurant appearance standards
- Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
- Respond to customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Perform other duties as assigned by AGM and GM
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience leading and managing a team in a high paced setting
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks in stressful environments
- Strong knowledge of front and back house operations
- Great decision making and organizational skills
- Upbeat and energetic
- Responsible and trustworthy
- Attentive to detail
JOB DETAILS AND BENEFITS:
- Full-time, exempt position
- Flexible, routine-time off
- Health, dental, vision, and life insurance with company contribution offered the first of the month after 60 days of employment
Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($75,000.00 - $80,000.00)
