We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Line Cook for our restaurant located at 1104 W Taylor St. 

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook dishes according to our established recipes and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth and efficient service during peak hours.
• Assist with food preparation and ingredient portioning to maintain consistency and quality.
• Handle, store, and rotate food items in compliance with food safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following sanitation regulations.
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance our menu and daily specials.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role is preferred.
• Solid knowledge of various cooking techniques and culinary fundamentals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Team player with excellent communication and time-management skills.
