POSITION TITLE: Dining Room Server Monday-Friday (On-call for events also open for hire)

Dining Room Servers, as part of a team or when working alone and under the direction of the food and beverage managers or assigned captains, serve as leaders in a collaborative environment. This position requires availability Monday to Friday from 4PM.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Have a general knowledge of food allergies and aversions.
- Have a general knowledge and understanding of Department of Health (DOH) food safety standards
- Maintain an understanding of the proper steps of service required of all FB-FOH service positions
- Strong communication and listening skills to effectively deliver accurate messaging to both Club Members and teammates
EDUCATION OR EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of experience in the hospitality industry
SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE SKILL & ABILITY:
- Ability to read, write, and speak English to comprehend and communicate job functions and interact with membership, guests and colleagues
- Excellent Emotional Self Awareness under pressure while maintaining a graceful, warm presence.
- Open availability and a career mentality
- 1-2 years New York City experience preferred
