Responsibilities:
We’re seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee and elevate the operations of our restaurant and bar. Your leadership will play a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day functions and long-term growth. Key responsibilities include:

• Recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team
• Creating and implementing innovative marketing strategies to drive traffic and enhance brand visibility
• Ensuring exceptional customer service standards are met and exceeded
• Managing inventory levels and maintaining strong relationships with vendors
• Designing and maintaining an efficient schedule to optimize staff performance
• Monitoring financial performance, including budgeting and revenue goals
• Enhancing food and beverage programs, with a focus on craft cocktails, craft beers, and high-quality menu offerings
• Identifying opportunities for operational improvements to maximize efficiency and profitability
