As a Host/Hostess, you’ll be the first impression of our restaurant. You’ll greet guests with a warm welcome, manage reservations, and ensure smooth seating arrangements to keep the flow of the restaurant running efficiently. If you thrive in a busy environment and love interacting with people, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Manage the reservation system and seat guests in an efficient, timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and provide information about the menu and restaurant.
- Assist with managing waitlists and provide accurate wait times.
- Coordinate with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
- Ensure guests have a positive experience from the moment they walk in the door until they leave.
- Assist with cleaning and resetting tables as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- A positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($18.00 - $20.00) plus tips
Estimated Weekly Tips: $200
