Tomat is a farm-to-table, casual fine dining restaurant located in Westchester near LAX. We are currently hiring for the position of LINE COOK, full time Wednesday-Sunday. Our kitchen has a fantastic teaching atmosphere, and chefs rotate around stations to cross train and gain skills. Produce is all locally sourced, including fish, meat, poultry, and dairy. We also have a restaurant garden down the block, where chefs are able to have a hand in planning and planting for new seasons and new menus.
