About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Captain to join our dynamic team. As Captain, you will play a key role in ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of service and bar operations from greeting and seating guests to managing the flow of service and resolving guest concerns.

Responsibilities
  • Warmly greet and seat guests.

  • Manage the flow of service to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage delivery.

  • Respond promptly to guest needs and resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction.

  • Schedule, supervise, and support servers, bussers, and bartenders.

  • Maintain service standards and uphold an exceptional dining experience.

  • Assist with table assignments in alignment with reservation management.

  • Ensure the dining area remains clean and organized.

  • Maintain monthly beverage inventory and assist with ordering as needed.

  • Oversee and maintain the quality of our cocktail and bar program.

  • Foster a collaborative and positive team culture.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Captain or in a similar leadership role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

  • Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

  • Solid knowledge of food and beverage service standards.

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($16.50) plus tips
