Responsibilities:

• Create and serve a variety of cocktails, wines, and other beverages tailored to complement our menu.
• Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring every guest has a memorable experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar while adhering to all safety and hygiene regulations.
• Handle high-volume service with accuracy and efficiency.
• Work collaboratively with a team to uphold the restaurant's high standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender in fine dining or high-volume restaurants.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, classic cocktails, wine, and spirits.
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• A polished, professional demeanor with exceptional communication skills.
• Willingness to contribute to a team-focused, welcoming workplace.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
