About This Role
Server Assistants are responsible for supporting Servers with the guest experience at the table, including table maintenance, running food, ensuring all service stations are stocked and maintained and having a general command of the food and beverage menu.
Specific job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Assists all servers in providing quality food and beverage service to guests according to specifications, courteously and efficiently
- Maintains cleanliness of tables, bar area, service areas and equipment
- Stocks all wares and equipment needed for service
- Runs food from kitchen to tables; stays on top of table maintenance
What You Bring
- Minimum of 1+ years’ experience as a server assistant in a high-volume restaurant
- A positive attitude and passion for providing exceptional hospitality service
- TIPS certification preferred
- Flexible work schedules: the ability to work night, weekends, holidays, as business permits
- The ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects, up to 50lbs
- Kneel, bend, or stoop, ascend or descend stairs; be on feet for extended periods of time

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($11.00) plus tips
