After recently becoming a hit on TikTok, we've become busier than ever and are focusing making our service even better than before. This individual should love to be in the spotlight, create great guest experiences, and be the life of the party. 

We have a great cocktail program, and a great menu by celebrated chef, Laurent Tourondel. We take pride in delivering an outstanding guest experience.

Job Overview:

Our Bartenders ensure that drink orders are taken correctly and executed with swiftness and accuracy while providing the best possible dining experience at LT Hospitality restaurants. Bartenders are to always be friendly, approachable, and accommodating. 

What you’ll do:

• Provide technically proficient bar service to all guests and be their advocate throughout their LTH experience
• Have thorough knowledge of and be able to describe all food and beverage products attractively
• Communicate openly and thoroughly with supervisor and for bringing all guest concerns to supervisor’s attention immediately
• Positively interact with all guests from arrival to departure from the restaurant and bar
• Create all drinks efficiently and to service standards
• Follow up throughout the meal and replenish beverages when applicable
• Provide impeccable service to all guests
• Correct all guest errors quickly
• Complete additional tasks as requested by the team and management

Who you are:

• You are passionate about the Hospitality industry and thrive in fast-paced environments
• You have 2+ years of experience as a Bartender
• You are a team player with clear communication and follow through
• You have attention to detail and initiative to problem solve as needed
• You are able to stand, walk, and be on your feet for extended periods of time
• You are able to communicate in English, through written and verbal communications
• You are able to lift 30+ pounds
• You are available on nights, weekends and holidays, as needed
