- Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback and coaching.
- Address disciplinary issues when necessary.

Inventory Control:
- Manage bar inventory, including liquor, beer, wine, mixers, and garnishes.
- Regularly conduct inventory checks and order supplies to maintain appropriate stock levels.
- Monitor and minimize waste and loss of inventory.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust inventory accordingly.

Cocktail Creation and Service:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive cocktail menu, including classic and innovative drinks.
- Ensure all bartenders are proficient in crafting cocktails according to established recipes and standards.
- Monitor the quality of drinks and ensure proper presentation.
- Stay updated on current mixology trends and introduce new cocktails as needed.

Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, including greeting them warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Build rapport with regular customers and cater to their preferences.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and seek solutions to ensure satisfaction.

Financial Management:
- Monitor bar sales and ensure accurate cash handling procedures.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase revenue.
- Manage bar expenses within budget parameters.

Operational Management:
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Ensure compliance with liquor licensing laws and age verification procedures.
- Monitor and address any potential issues related to guest behavior or safety.
- Collaborate with other departments within the establishment to ensure smooth operations.

Extensive Bartending Experience:Minimum of 5 years of experience as a bartender with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service.

Mixology Expertise:Thorough knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, including techniques for creating innovative drinks.

Leadership Skills:Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively, providing clear direction and support.
