This vibrant, high-energy restaurant in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a talented Sous Chef to join its team. This establishment is known for its creatively designed spaces, stunning ocean views, and exceptional dining experience.

The menu features inventive yet classic Mexican cuisine, with a focus on fresh, Baja-style seafood. The bar complements the culinary offerings with an extensive selection of creative cocktails, signature margaritas, and an impressive collection of mezcals and tequilas.


We are seeking a Sous Chef to join our team!

Desired candidates will have:

  • Leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire, teach, and coach restaurant employees
  • 2+ years of kitchen leadership experience as a sous chef in high-volume, well-rated restaurants
  • Ability to support the line during service while managing transition from prep to service
  • Excellent meat/fish butchery skills and know all properties of making stocks & sauces
  • An Associate's degree from a culinary focused university highly preferred
  • Experience with regional Mexican cuisine is highly preferred
