Private high end Bar/lounge with creative menu with a healthy focus. Mus be consistent in  preparation of menu items in accordance with The New Orleans Lawn Tennis Club specifications. Must adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations. Prep and Line experience Required. A positive attitude is a must. Must be efficient and be able to work with a small team.
