Storied French luxury department store, Printemps, is preparing to open its first ever US location at One Wall Street in the heart of the Financial District.
Located in the historic 50-story landmark, Printemps will have five distinct food and beverage concepts ranging from a casual cafe to a fine dining restaurant. Food and beverage is helmed by Top Chef alumnus and 3-time James Beard
Award Winner, Chef Gregory Gourdet.

JOB SUMMARY
The Server plays a crucial role in providing exceptional service during the daily operations of the establishment. This role requires the ability to prioritize and use good judgment in a fast paced environment with a warm and friendly demeanor.
We believe in a ‘whole house’ mentality and we expect all departments (Pastry, Savory, Dining Room, and Facilities) to support and motivate each other to achieve our goal of guest satisfaction. As a Server, you will interact with all of these departments regularly and should be able to communicate effectively and respectfully with your co-workers & managers.
This is a full time position. Our locations at Printemps Mall are open 7 days a week. We are closed for Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A successful candidate will be able to assist Guests, Kitchen staff and Management, performing any tasks necessary to ensure a high-quality dining experience.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
- The ability to work quickly and adapt on the go.
- Support events if and when needed.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
- Be a creative logical thinker with a focus on creating the optimal outcome.
- Address Guests' concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Having detailed knowledge of the menu and articulating those details with enthusiasm, taking all guest’s orders, executing beverage service adhering to proper standards.
