The Director of Finance & Administration at 101 Hospitality (101H) is responsible for overseeing the financial health and administrative functions of the company, ensuring robust financial management and operational efficiency. This role involves managing all financial planning and analysis, budgeting, accounts payable/receivable (A/P, A/R), payroll, and financial reporting while working closely with the external accounting team, which currently holds some fractional CFO responsibilities.
In addition to financial oversight, the Director will also lead the company’s administrative functions, ensuring smooth office operations, compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and optimizing the use of financial and administrative tools. This role is critical to supporting 101H’s growth by providing leadership on financial strategies, capital management, crisis management, and supporting decision-making through data-driven insights.
