Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and assist with morning setup, including dining area preparation, coffee station readiness, and supply checks.
• Supervise the morning staff, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to service standards.
• Deliver outstanding service by greeting guests warmly, managing special requests, and resolving any concerns promptly.
• Guide and train morning shift servers, promoting a collaborative and professional atmosphere.
• Assign tables and sections, coordinate breaks, and maintain staff efficiency during service.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages, monitoring ticket times and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and cleanliness standards during the morning shift.
• Monitor and replenish morning supplies, such as coffee, juices, and condiments, ensuring seamless operations.
• Relay feedback from guests or team members to management and suggest improvements as needed.
• Ensure morning shift duties are completed.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years as a server, with experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with breakfast service, including menu offerings and dietary needs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude.
