Job Details
Bastone is a fine dining restaurant located in West Midtown Atlanta from Chef Pat Pascarella of The Porchetta Group. At Bastone the emphasis is on the mozzarella bar and on seasonality. We strive to push the envelope of Italian cuisine everyday by buying local and being technique driven.
We are looking for a sous chef that meets the following requirements:
- on time
- self motivated
- looking to move up in the company
- lives and breathes this industry
- leads by example
As a sous chef you will be required to run the day to day activities of the restaurant. You will be in charge of training new and existing hires. As well as learning and implementing budgets. And also setting standards not only for the kitchen but also front of house.

Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($45,000.00 - $55,000.00)
