PRESS, recipient of one Michelin star and Wine Spectator's Grand Award since 2022, is looking to grow our management team with the addition of an Assistant General Manager.
Successful candidates will have a minimum of 3 years Front of House management experience in a fine-dining restaurant, with preference given to those candidates with leadership experience at a Michelin-starred or Relais & Châteaux-rated property.
AGM responsibilities will include, but not limited to, exuding a sense of warm hospitality to all our guests, overseeing the Tock reservation book, financial competency, being mindful of labor costs, staff scheduling, assistance with ordering CGS, staff training, constant communication with Chefs, holding the team accountable to perform at a Michelin star level of service, and occasionally assisting with wine service.

Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($90,000.00 - $100,000.00)
