Job Description

A Bar Manager oversees all aspects of bar operations, including inventory management, staff training, and customer service. They create drink menus, develop promotions, and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards. Additionally, they handle budgeting, inventory levels and driving profitability in the bar area.

Requirements + Certifications 

• Be on time, ready to work
• Positive team player mentality
• Maintaining standards + R.A.M.P and/or ServSafe Certified

Qualifications

• Requires strong communication skills and proficiency in written and spoken English. Familiarity with our restaurant's mission, software, menu details, and venue layout is essential.
• Willingness to stand for long periods of time
• Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.

Scheduling: 

• Involves constant public contact. Work environment is subject to varying levels of high energy, loud noise, crowds and pace, which depends upon guest volume.
• Work varied shifts to include weekends and holidays , Work may be performed in small areas, inside or outside throughout the year, varying conditions of temperature, lighting and air quality.
