Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and ensure a high level of service at the bar.
• Receive and process drink orders from patrons and waitstaff.
• Prepare and serve liquor, mixed drinks, wine, beer, and nonalcoholic beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Set up and break down the bar area, including garnishes and snacks.
• Check patrons’ IDs to verify legal drinking age.
• Handle payments and manage cash accurately.
• Refuse service to intoxicated or disruptive patrons when necessary.
• Participate in pre-shift meetings and stay informed about new menu items.
• Comply with all health, safety, and labor regulations.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years of previous bartender experience required; fine-dining experience preferred.
• BASSET and ServeSafe Food Handlers Certification required.
• Extensive knowledge of fine dining drink preparation and service.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle high-volume service efficiently.
• Proficient with Point of Sale systems and basic math skills.
• Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds and perform physical tasks related to bar operations.
