As a Line Cook, you have a strong passion for food, cooking technique, and consistent curiosity and an eagerness to learn more. The ideal candidate is friendly and devoted to becoming an integral member of a team that values hard work, and attention to every detail.
Responsibilities Include...
- Having a working knowledge of all ingredients and preparations on the menu
- Prepping station mise en place and maintaining a stocked station throughout service with a focus on cleanliness and organization
- Participating in a professionally run service period, focusing on clear communication, and ensuring excellence in cooking, timing, and multi tasking.
- Maintaining a calm demeanor while managing picks and simultaneously taking direction from expediters and kitchen leadership
- Promoting teamwork and excellence
The right candidate will have...
- 1 or more years experience as a Line Cook in a fine dining, high-volume restaurant
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills and the ability to multitask.
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
- Graduate of a Culinary School program a plus

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($18.00 - $25.00)
