We're seeking PREP COOKS who share our work ethic, our sense of family, and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences to our guests.
Responsibilities Include...
- Setting up and stocking all stations with necessary supplies for service
- Preparing all food for service including sauce production, hand-made pastas, butchering and braising
- Maintaining a clean work environment with a focus on food safety, attention to recipe details, and completing prep lists in the most efficient manner possible
- Stocking product and organizing the walk-in with FIFO standards
The right candidate will have...
- Experience in food preparation for a fine dining, high-volume restaurant
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills and the ability to multitask.
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly (Based on Experience)
