Requirements:
- 1+ years of reservationist/host experience
- Positive Attitude - hospitality focused and friendly
- Attention to detail and organization skills
- A sense of urgency and strong communication skills
- Punctuality & Dependability
- Experience with Open Table, Resy and internet based phone systems.
Ideal Experience for the Frenchette / Le Rock Team- 1+ years of restaurant experience.
- Thrive in fast-paced environment.- Previous experience managing high-volume phone lines and reservation platforms- Experience with French cuisine or a passion for food forward hospitality.- Dedicated to providing a welcoming environment and positive customer experiences.- Collaborative team-player.
