Job Description

The Operations Manager, who reports to the General Manager, is responsible for overseeing daily business activities to ensure they are efficient. Their duties include developing and implementing strategies for improving productivity, managing budgets, and optimizing resources. They also supervise, evaluate, and train staff, and collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and address issues. The Operations Manager is essential to driving organizational success through effective management of operations.

  • Maintaining standards + R.A.M.P and/or ServSafe Certified

Qualifications

  • Requires strong communication skills and proficiency in written and spoken English. Familiarity with our restaurant's mission, software, menu details, and venue layout is essential.
  • Willingness to stand for long periods of time
  • Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.

Scheduling: 

  • Involves constant public contact. Work environment is subject to varying levels of high energy, loud noise, crowds and pace, which depends upon guest volume.
  • Work varied shifts to include weekends and holidays , Work may be performed in small areas, inside or outside throughout the year, varying conditions of temperature, lighting and air quality.
