Place des Fêtes is seeking experienced, passionate, and professional Bartenders to join our team! 

Place des Fêtes (PDF) is a wine bar and restaurant located in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn. From the team behind one-Michelin Star Oxalis in Crown Heights, PDF offers small plates inspired by sustainable seafood and locally sourced produce, as well as a curated and diverse selection of natural wines.

PDF is actively seeking professional and experienced Bartenders. We are looking for individuals who create genuine connections with their guests, and who pride themselves on the ability to curate a memorable experience. Experience in an elevated craft cocktail setting and ability to build drinks while providing a high level of hospitality is required. Knowledge and enthusiasm about natural wine is desired, as is attention to acute detail and steps of service. We require a minimum of two years bartending in restaurants/wine bars, or a strong background in beverage. An interest in sustainable seafood and locally sourced produce is a plus.
