Job Details

Pinch Chinese, a Michelin Bib Gourmand, Michelin Sommelier Award Winner, and NY Times Critic's Pick restaurant, with over 300 bottle references, is looking for sommeliers to immediately join our growing team!

To join our team, you should be a team player, self starter, and positive force. We enjoy each other's company as much as we enjoy delivering a quality experience for our guests. Previous experience in NYC casual/fine restaurants is required.

You should bring to the table:
- A minimum of 3 year's experience Running/Bussing in a high volume NYC restaurant or bar with wine service
- Positive, team forward attitude
- Ability to lift 30 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally
- Previous Chinese Food knowledge a bonus
- Weekend availability is a must
