Server

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow within the company (opportunity to advance into a front server position).
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Strong sense of urgency while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks under pressure while maintaining composure and being respectful to both colleagues and guests.
• Must be able to assist with clearing tables, preparing cocktails and running beverages, etc.
• Passion to learn more about fine dining steps of service.
• Be able to stand for extended periods of time; able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; comfortable bending, sitting, walking extended distances including up and down flights of stairs.
• Previous experience working in Fine Dining and/or Michelin starred establishment is preferred.
