General Manager Expectations:
The General Manager is responsible for the oversight of all operations. This position will be held to the highest professional and ethical standards.
The General Manager will be responsible for:
- The day-to-day management of the overall property operations and affairs of the location.
- Implementing and maintaining the vision of the organization alongside company ownership.
- The directing and supervising of the management team.
- Overseeing the day-to-day finances of the business, including establishing and maintaining an annual budget.
- Ensuring the professional execution of all aspects of the business and setting the highest possible standards for the business.
- Assuming an active role in strategic planning, positioning, policy making and is responsible for the implementation and execution and maintenance of those plans and policies.
