Position: Floor Manager
Location: Prestigious Downtown Restaurant

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily FOH operations, ensuring exceptional service standards are maintained.
- Lead and motivate a team of front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and support staff.
- Manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to guarantee a positive dining experience.
- Collaborate with the BOH team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels for front-of-house supplies.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance staff performance and service quality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
- Assist in implementing and executing special events and promotions.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Floor Manager or similar role in a high-volume, upscale restaurant.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and efficiency.
- Knowledge of restaurant POS systems and basic financial management.
- Passion for delivering superior customer service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
