Position Summary:
We’re looking for energetic, personable, and customer-focused individuals to join our Front of House team. In this role, you’ll be the face of Happy Tuna, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and has a memorable experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage with guests, providing outstanding customer service.
• Assist customers with menu selections and promote our offerings.
• Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during service hours.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
• Uphold Happy Tuna’s brand standards and values in every interaction.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in a full-service restaurant or fast-casual dining environment is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy setting.
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
