As a Zuma Pastry Cook, you are responsible for preparing a wide variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods to delight our guests and elevate their dining experience. You will collaborate closely with the kitchen team to uphold Zuma's standards of excellence and deliver an exceptional dining experience to our guests.

Main Duties
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assist in the preparation and production of a diverse range of pastries, desserts, and baked goods, following recipes and guidelines established by the Head Pastry Chef
- Execute precise measurements and techniques to ensure consistency and quality in all pastry creations
- Prepare and assemble components for plated desserts, including sauces, creams, garnishes, and accompaniments
- Bake, decorate, and finish pastries and desserts with attention to detail and presentation standards
