Responsibilities: As a Bartender of Formento’s Restaurant you are expected to:
• Establish yourself as a role model for all staff in the restaurant by being an expert on the food, beverage and service standards teaching and mentoring support staff and holding yourself accountable.
• Maintain a consistent beverage program by accurately following recipes & pour standards, keeping pace appropriate with service volume, and adhering to all legal standards for safely handling and serving alcohol.
• Guide guests through their dining experience, accommodating special requests, allergies and dietary restrictions.
• Pursue personal growth and current industry knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by following sanitation standards and procedures.
• Enhance Formento’s work environment and culture by exploring opportunities to add value to your job accomplishments.
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($9.80 - $12.00) plus tips
